- Type the names of the island following the E2-E7 cells, as a data source : Sumatra, Jawa, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi,and Papua
- Select cell A2
- Select menu : Data – Validation
- Validation Criteria, select List
- Fill Source with “=$E$2:$E$7” or can select with the mouse by first clicking the red arrow on the field Source
- When the data has been filled please click OK
- The result can be seen in next picture
