Respecting differences

One time, there is a professor who wants to take time from her daily life as an academic. Finally he decided to go to a beach and asked a fisherman to take him away to the horizon at sea.
A quarter of the trip, the professor asked, "O fisherman, whether you know the science of geography?" Again the professor is saying how stupid the fisherman and he had lost another quarter of his life.
Then, on the road after a far from the beach and close to the horizon, the professor asked, "what does a black cloud that hangs in the sky?" "Hurricane storm is coming soon, and will make the oceans become very dangerous." Answered the fisherman. "Do you know how to swim?" Said the fisherman.
It turned out that the professor does not know how to swim. The fisherman then said, "I may have lost three-quarters of my life by not studying the three subjects that had been expressed by professors, but professors will lose all the life they have."
The fishermen then jumped from the boat and swam to shore while the professor was drowned.
Likewise in our lives, whether in work or daily life. Sometimes we underestimate friends, subordinates or fellow colleagues. The phrase "he does not know anything" may unconsciously often express when we're discussing an issue. In fact, there are times when other people more aware and have specific capabilities that can address problems that arise.
